I should be able to judge and give feedback for 1 debate a week on average. Except when assignment deadlines are near.
I'd prefer watching debate videos to listening to audio. (Think people's reactions to watching vs listening to the Nixon-Kennedy US Presidential debates in 1960.) Debaters' body language is an important component of persuasiveness. And since debates aren't judged on audio, but live, I need to watch videos. (Unless the teams are asking for purely content-based feedback or something.)
I prefer Skype conversations with teams to written/emailed adjudications, but can be flexible with this one if we really can't agree on a mutually suitable time.
